HR Program Development
We can develop and implement HR programs that reflect best practices in key HR areas including succession planning, diversity, associate development, progressive discipline, Drug- Free workplace, standards of conduct, harassment/discrimination and internal investigations. We have routinely presented existing HR training and introduced new HR concepts to a variety of audiences in an effective manner.
HR Consultations & Employee Relations
We can help ramp-up existing organizations or downsize existing workforces. We have experience conducting exit interviews with the separating employees in a positive manner for the employees and the organizations. We can also help counsel remaining associates to influence retention. Other experience includes delivering disciplinary actions, warning suspensions and terminations without incident.
Organizational Partner/HR Representative
We have represented past employers in hearings with the Virginia Employment Commission and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. We have also served as the liaison with the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and have managed relationships with corporate counsel and external staffing vendors. We have led core groups within project teams that created and conducted training in people management systems (HRIS).
